1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InfraMap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InfraMap provides cloud infrastructure visualization, cost analysis, and related tooling. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of InfraMap complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal organizational policies.

3. AWS Access & Security

The Service operates using read-only IAM roles or credentials that you provide. You retain full control over your AWS accounts and may revoke access at any time. InfraMap does not modify, delete, or create any cloud resources unless explicitly requested by you.

You agree not to provide write-access or administrator-level permissions to InfraMap.

4. Data & Privacy

InfraMap retrieves cloud metadata for the purpose of visualization, analysis, and issue detection. We do not access customer data stored within your cloud services (e.g., S3 object contents, DynamoDB item data, database rows).

We may collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use InfraMap for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the platform.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

We may update pricing or introduce new plans, but will notify you in advance.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, make updates, or suspend access for security reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfraMap is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use InfraMap in a harmful manner.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
